The North Smithfield Land Trust is recognized as a qualified organization by the IRS (501 (c) (3)). In many cases an individual may receive substantial tax benefits from the donation of land, development rights, monies, securities or other gifts.
The beauty of the lands and natural resources of our town are our legacy from generations past.
